This weekend we completed the Danish Championships with great success!
We had an amazing show where we could name new champions in both para dressage, U25 and senior leagues. Despite the bad weather and the fact that we could not welcome any spectators we were enjoying top riding and hope that some of you also enjoyed the ZibraSport livestream!
We are already thrilled about the next event which is the Longines EEF Series Uggerhalne with international nations cup!

What is Equitour doing to host a Covid-19 safe event?
It is soon time for the Danish Championships here at Equitour in Uggerhalne. As a result of the current COVID-19 restrictions we are unfortunately not able to welcome any spectators this year, however on that note, we would like to point out that ZibraSport will be there to livestream the whole event!
At Equitour we take all precautions against COVID-19 in order to welcome the attendants to a safe and secure competition environment that can live up to the legal requirements. By any sign of symptoms, we urge people to stay home and moreover we request attendants, grooms and hosts to follow the Equitour Guidelines.
The general guidelines of Equitour include:
- Entrance only by presenting a corona passport (not older than 72 hours)
- Wear a mask when standing, this also applies when you are in the stables or in the show office
- Keep a 2-meter distance when possible, however always minimum 1 meter. Avoid handshakes, hugs and kisses
- Cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing.
- Wash your hands frequently using soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub
- Abide by requirements from authorities
Throughout the whole show, we make sure to follow the guidelines from the authorities in terms of cleaning and space requirements.
We look forward to an exciting championship at Equitour and wish all attendants good luck!

H.R.H. Princess Benedict is a protector of several organizations, including the Danish Equestrian Federation, Danish Warmblood and Hestens Værn. In this connection, we can once again happily welcome Her Royal Highness to Equitour Denmark during the Danish Dressage Championships. We are humbled and proud of her support for the sport that we all cherish. Despite a different event as a result of COVID-19, we look forward to welcoming the Princess and to another Danish Championship here at Helgstrand.
